Night Hawk by Beverly Jenkins is a fascinating read that is totally engaging, humorous and educational in the same punch.  This is basically the story of Preacher….Vance Bigelow, the bible quoting bounty hunter that always gets the job done.  After returning from his homeland, for the final time, he is put in the situation of transporting a prisoner to another jurisdiction for her safety.  This prisoner, Mattie Freeman brings to light sundry things and events that humor him as well as keep him very much on his toes.  Some of these wonderful and lively characters fully engage and entertain you.  LOVE IT!!!!
